Hello everyone.Urm, its have been a long time not to post a blog. Today was my first day after a long and happy holiday Chinese New Year. I think i've got an enough refreshment to release all my tension, perhaps. Regarding my holiday, nothing interest. Im not going anywhere, just stayed at my hometown. Everyday i'll do the same things, woke up lately and just filled my stomach. However, this holiday a bit different because im managed to complete all my homeworks.hu3. Ops, im forgot to tell something. The third day of holiday, my grandpa decided to make a 'dodol'. Its something like jelly, brown in colour and finger licking food. So, all my family members have their own tasks to accomplish. erm, I needed to search a quite number of coconut to get its milk which we called it 'santan'. This thing was one of the raw material required instead of rice, cooking oil and some others stuffs i didnt knew. Later, we boiled coconut milk in a big pan and mixed it with rice. At the same time, my mother put the cooking oil with the mixed raw material. After that, we needed to take turn for mixing all the ingredients until they become concentrated within 5 hours. Lastly, we took out the product from the hot pan in a suitable container and leaved it for some period to let it cooled before we ate it. That is how Dodol is been made. This occasion leaved a good impression for me, as we all determined and cooperated well among us. Thats all from me.
